We sell kitchen and bathroom spare parts. B2C prices include 21% VAT. B2B prices exclude VAT.

3. Orders and Payment

B2C: Secure payment via Stripe. B2B: Invoice with Net 30 terms. We don't store credit card data.

4. Shipping

Worldwide shipping to 50+ countries. Delivery: 2-14 business days. Tracking provided via email.

5. Returns

30-day return policy (B2C). Free returns in Belgium. Products must be unused in original packaging.

6. Warranties

1-2 year manufacturer warranty. We replace/refund defective products within warranty period.

7. Limitation of Liability

Liability limited to purchase price. Not liable for indirect damages.

8. Data Protection

Your data is processed per our Privacy Policy and GDPR.

9. Governing Law

Belgian law applies. Courts of Belgium have jurisdiction.
