Professional shop access is exclusively for retail shops that are already customers with us. If you operate a retail shop and have an established business relationship with allo2know, you may be eligible for wholesale access.
Important: New shops without an existing customer relationship cannot access the professional portal immediately.
If you are an existing shop customer and want wholesale access, please contact us using our contact form. Include your shop name, location, and current customer details so we can verify your account.
Contact Us for Shop AccessAfter we verify that you are an existing shop customer, we will send you an email with your login credentials (username and password). This process typically takes 1-2 business days.
Once you receive your credentials, you can log in directly on this page using your email and password. You'll have access to wholesale pricing, order management, and dedicated support.
